About Whole Sum Wellness

As part of a highly oversaturated fitness and wellness industry, Whole Sum Wellness was founded to challenge the "one-size-fits-all" mentality. Our holistic approach to fitness and wellness  is centered around optimizing the metabolic health of the body through strength and conditioning, nutritional intervention and parasympathetic activation.  At Whole Sum Wellness, we believe the route to sustainable results involves a multi-dimensional approach to fitness and wellness.

Whole Sum Wellness exists for the modern woman.  We want to be a place that provides the opportunity for self-improvement by offering tools necessary for healthy and lasting change.  Challenging the mind and body and creating healthy demands of the self results in a more resilient and fulfilled individual.

In order to fulfill our mission, we offer premier personal training, nutrition and recovery services tailored to each individual, integrating principles of strength and conditioning and functional medicine.

I founded Whole Sum Wellness to facilitate my belief in the strength of a woman as she defines it.  I believe that our society has defined the parameters for self-actualization of the modern woman, while it should be up to her. 

 

As a coach and a guide, I implore my client to ask herself what she is capable of, what brings her a sense of fulfillment and what she can do to achieve meaning in her life.  I am here to help my client discover intrinsic value in striving for the strength and fulfilment of the physical body, as well as the mind and spirit.

My business is to be the facilitator of change, the provider of structure, and the champion of the self-fulfilled woman.
